Six rookie drivers took part in Friday's first practice for the São Paulo Grand Prix at Interlagos, The Rio Times reported. Brazilian Formula 2 leader Rafael Câmara is set for his full Formula 1 debut with Haas alongside Oliver Bearman, while compatriot Gabriel Bortoleto races for Audi. Teams traditionally use the early session to give young drivers track time before the rest of the weekend. Interlagos has hosted grands prix since 1973 and remains a centrepiece of Brazil's motor-racing calendar. Local fans are expected to pack the grandstands for Câmara's home race. Qualifying and the grand prix follow later in the weekend.
