New Zealand Police have issued an Amber Alert for D'Havland Laupama, an 11-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Hāwera, South Taranaki, on Sunday afternoon, the NZ Herald reports.
She was last seen leaving her home on Koromiko Avenue at about 4pm. Police say she has neurological disabilities, a developmental age of about seven and a condition that can leave her legs severely tired, so she may lie down to sleep or hide somewhere.
She is described as about 130cm tall and slim, with brown eyes and short black hair with a fringe. She was wearing a charcoal T-shirt with a leopard-print guitar logo, light grey tracksuit trousers and black Skechers trainers. Anyone who sees her is asked to call 111 and quote file number P068051496.
