Some customers of DNB, Norway's largest bank, were unable to log in to its online bank and savings app on Monday, NRK reports.
DNB communications adviser Øivind Skorve confirmed the fault to the Norwegian broadcaster and said the bank was working to fix it. He said card payments should be working as normal. It was not clear how many customers had been affected.
The mobile payment service Vipps also said some of its users might have trouble with card payments in its app and that it was looking into the issue. NRK did not report a cause for the disruption, and neither company gave a time for when all services would be fully restored.
