Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption has charged two former senior executives of Johnson Cleaning Services over bribes allegedly worth more than HK$75 million, Hong Kong Free Press reports. William Fung, 54, who once ran both the cleaning firm and its parent company, and Jimmy Lee, 57, formerly its general manager, appeared before magistrates in Kwun Tong on Monday.
The pair face one count of conspiracy for an agent to accept advantages. According to the ICAC, the company bought several fleets of cleaning vehicles from one supplier between November 2024 and January 2026 and used its maintenance services, spending more than HK$160 million in total. The charge alleges the two men conspired to accept bribes from people including the supplier's owner in return for favouring it. The ICAC said the company had co-operated fully.
