SpaceX said Google executive Don Harrison has resigned from its board of directors, CNBC reported. Harrison had represented Alphabet-linked perspectives on the privately held rocket and satellite company as it expands Starlink and pursues ambitious launch cadences. Neither SpaceX nor Google detailed a reason for the departure in initial coverage. Board changes at SpaceX are closely watched because the firm sits at the centre of US space policy, defence contracts and global broadband competition. Investors also track governance as valuation talks continue in private markets. The company gave no immediate indication of a replacement director.
