A four-year-old girl has died after falling from a tower block in Barking, east London, GB News reports.
Emergency services were called to St Paul's Road at about 11am on Saturday after reports that a child had fallen from height. Paramedics treated her at the scene, with London's air ambulance among the crews sent, before she was taken to a major trauma centre, where she later died.
The Metropolitan Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious, although officers are still working to establish exactly what happened. The force offered its sympathy to the girl's family and has asked anyone with information to contact police on 101, quoting reference CAD 2424/24OCT.
