At least five Palestinians were killed and more than a dozen wounded in Israeli air and ground attacks across Gaza on Monday, Al Jazeera reports, citing local medics.
Four people, including a seven-year-old girl, died in a strike on a camp for displaced people at al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, according to Nasser Hospital and emergency services. Another man was killed by a drone strike on tents in the Remal area of Gaza City, according to al-Shifa Hospital and the Wafa news agency.
Gaza's civil defence said 11 people had been killed and 50 wounded over the previous 24 hours. Local officials also said Israeli forces set fire to a displacement camp at the Shujayea junction on Sunday night, forcing out more than 200 families. Gaza health authorities put the total death toll at 74,555, including 1,559 since last year's ceasefire.
