The United States has restarted sharing intelligence with Ukraine on incoming Russian ballistic missiles after a pause of several days, President Volodymyr Zelensky told NBC's Meet the Press, according to the Kyiv Independent. Zelensky said Ukraine received no such warnings during ballistic attacks over three days, but that the problem had since been resolved, and he thanked Washington. He added that a speed restriction remained on Ukraine's use of Starshield, the military version of SpaceX's Starlink service, and said he believed both Donald Trump and Elon Musk were involved. The disruption followed an attack on Kyiv on 12 October in which Russian S-400 missiles struck the capital before air raid sirens sounded. Zelensky said he hoped talks with the US could take place on 20 or 21 October.
