The latest batch of US government UFO reports, released on Friday, includes an account by two senior military observers who reported seeing a black, triangle-shaped craft moving at extreme speed above a sensitive location in the western United States in 2026, The Guardian reports.
According to the file, the object resembled a delta-wing drone with a wingspan of roughly nine to 15 feet, moved at an estimated 1,800mph and vanished silently within seconds. The location was redacted. The illustrations attached to the report appear to be the same canyon photograph with triangle shapes added, which a Penn State historian said added little.
The release contained fewer than 25 text documents and no videos or images. The Pentagon has published hundreds of reports since May under President Trump's pledge of disclosure, but recent releases have become smaller and less frequent.
