Police in the Philippines say three memory cards and a mobile phone handed over by Thomas Markle's son contained child sexual abuse material, the South China Morning Post reports. Thomas Markle is the estranged father of Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, who is married to Prince Harry.
The announcement on Wednesday follows a statement last week that police were examining a laptop found with images of child abuse at a property described as a former residence of Mr Markle. The Philippine interior minister, Jonvic Remulla, said at that time that the authorities would take appropriate legal action if enough evidence was found. Mr Markle has denied all the claims made against him.
