Police in the Indian state of Haryana have arrested two men after a Delhi-to-Srinagar sleeper bus carrying about 35 passengers was attacked with stones and bricks near a roadside restaurant in Karnal on Saturday night, The Hindu reports. An elderly Kashmiri passenger suffered facial injuries from broken glass. Haryana's chief minister, Nayab Singh Saini, said a case had been registered and that police had found the incident began with a parking dispute. Jammu and Kashmir's chief minister, Omar Abdullah, had called for the attackers to be caught, and a spokesperson for his National Conference party described it as a possible hate crime. The bus driver told a news agency that two men had told him a Kashmir bus could not park there and called him a terrorist.
