Google has opened pre-orders for the Fitbit Edge, a slim fitness tracker with a screen that sits between its screenless Fitbit Air and the Pixel Watch 5, GB News reports.
The device costs £159.99 and has a 1.34-inch always-on AMOLED touchscreen, which Fitbit says gives a 46 per cent larger viewing area than its earlier trackers. It shows notifications, step counts, heart rate and sleep data, and supports Google Maps directions and media controls.
Google says the tracker is 11.5mm thin with a case 45 per cent lighter than the Apple Watch Series 12, and that it can track more than 100 types of workout. A single side button is designed to make it easier to control workouts without using the touchscreen.
