Erling Braut Haaland scored the winning goal as Manchester City beat RB Leipzig 3-2 in the Champions League on Wednesday night, in a match featuring two of Norway's biggest football stars, NRK reports. Fellow Norwegian Antonio Nusa had levelled the score at 2-2 for Leipzig with a well-taken goal before being substituted after 73 minutes.
City went ahead in the first half through an own goal by Castello Lukeba, before a goalkeeping error by Gianluigi Donnarumma allowed Ridle Baku to equalise. Enzo Fernández headed City back in front before Nusa's equaliser. According to NRK, the winner was Haaland's 62nd Champions League goal in 61 matches and his 13th against Leipzig. TV 2 pundits voiced hope that Nusa, who was taken off, was not injured ahead of Norway's international matches in just over a week.
